THE MOMENT YOU REALIZE THAT YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO YOUR BABY (AND THAT THERE'S NOT CLOCKING OUT OF THIS JOB).
So much happens during the first year - it’s no wonder baby’s brains actually DOUBLE in volume!
During these 12 months, one of your most important jobs will be to develop and continue to deepen a strong and secure bond with your baby. The way you choose to respond to your baby’s needs during this critical period will determine the quality of your baby’s “attachment” to you, shaping how they experience themselves and others. The way you and your child feed, sleep, play and explore your way through this year greatly impacts their emotional development and style of coping and relating.
In our parenting sessions and workshops we focus on your parent-child daily interactions and responses. Since these daily interactions will actually have an enormous impact on the way your baby’s brain develops, we want to prioritize them.
