WE CAN WORK TOGETHER ONE-ON-ONE, IN SMALL GROUPS, OR IN A WORKSHOP SETTING.
ONE-ON-ONE PRIVATE SESSIONS
RESPECT THEIR LITTLE SPIRIT WITHOUT BREAKING YOUR OWN.
Since your Little seems to have come without a parenting manual, I brought an extra copy! During our sessions, we tailor each conversation to your own specific areas of concern, so you gain a strong understanding on how to approach your Little, build your special relationship, and your unique challenges with effective language and hands-on tools based in child developmental psychology. We can cover anything & everything from adjusting to parenthood, first-child anxieties, introducing a sibling, setting clear & healthy boundaries with your irrational toddler or communist preschooler... and the list goes on (indefinitely).

GROUPS ARE A TRUE FAN FAVORITE
Our Group Series was designed for you to learn our full parenting approach while giving you the tools you need to embrace your child’s age-specific development. They’re very interactive and feel like a kid-free hangout (yet we are subtly transforming you into mindful parent ninjas!) Groups are kept to a maximum of 10, so that everyone gets plenty of opportunities to share and ask questions.
The series is typically led in a particular sequence and is specific to your child’s age group (pregnancy, infancy, toddlerhood, and preschool age). Moms and Dads are both welcome.
HERE ARE SOME TOPICS THAT WE MAY COVER IN EACH AGE GROUP:
0 - 12 MONTHS
While our Group Series are held in small groups of parents and are organized in sets of 4 to teach our full parenting approach, workshops are typically one-day events where a specific topic is covered.
Workshops are best if you’re looking to learn about parenting around a topic that interests you or feels relevant to you in the moment.
